We make 3D-printed items in small batches and many are finished by hand. Because of this, most sales are final.

No refunds for change of mind
3D prints may have texture or layer lines (this is normal)
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours
Shipping delays or carrier issues are not refundable

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
All custom, made-to-order, and limited-drop items are final sale.
This includes:
Custom designs
Personalized items
Selected colorways
Limited releases or drops
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed.
NON-CUSTOM ITEMS (IF ELIGIBLE)
If an item is listed as return-eligible:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Item must be:
Unused
Unaltered
In original condition and packaging
Buyer is responsible for return shipping

3D printing is not injection molding.
By purchasing, you understand and accept:
Visible layer lines
Slight surface texture
Minor variations between pieces
Small seam lines
These are not defects and are not grounds for a return or refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include:
Order number
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the packaging

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Custom or personalized items
Buyer’s remorse
Color or size preference issues
Normal wear or misuse
Items altered after delivery
Screen or lighting color differences
SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
